PTCSL03T081DT1E Overview
Into Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 165°C.
