TFPT1206L6800FM Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Temperature -55°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 125°C. There should be a maximum capability for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating.
