PI3543-00-BGIZ Overview
Using the Tray package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 85-BBGA Module package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 400kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 2.6V 3.3V. Featuring a 10A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 60V. The maximal output voltage of 3.6V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
