OPR5913 Overview


Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Tray package. Photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 10V voltage. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 10V. 8 pins are present on the photodiodes. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -55°C. In reverse-biased mode, photodiodes could provide 10V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 100nA current even without light input.
