SLSD-71N300 Overview
The photodiodes are put into Rectangular, Wire Leads packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 20V. The photodiodes have 2 pins. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1.7μA current.
