OPR5911 Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 14V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 14V. There are 12 pins on the photodiodes. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 125°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. Reverse-biased photodiodes could supply 14V voltage. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 30nA current.
