PDB-C140 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. It's important to have 75V breakdown voltage to make photodiodes work. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10nA even without light input.
