XC9265B281MR-G Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 2.8V volts. The maximal operating temperature of voltage regulator should be less than or equal to 85°C. There should be a temperature difference between -40°C and the DC DC switching regulator's minimal operating temperature. A unique technique permits DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximum 6V values. It is provided with a dc to dc voltage regulator's voltage input (Min) for 2V.
