MP2105DJ-LF-P Overview
It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.05MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 800mA. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 6V. A voltage of 6V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 600mV volts at all times. 6V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 6V, which is the highest available. Stable operation is enabled by the high-limit maximum operating temperature 85°C of harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v must operate at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C in order to remain reliable. With a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V, DC DC switching regulator can support a wide range of applications. It is designed to sustain a dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum 6V input voltage.
