XC9122D091MR-G Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 1.8V~6V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C. The switching controller can be switched at 100kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. A dc to dc voltage regulator in the XC9122 series, it belongs to this family.
