XC9120D091ER-G Overview
In the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 1.8V~6V volts and has 1.8V~6V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C. It can switch at 100kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the XC9120 series.
