XC9505B092AR-G Overview
As a result of 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc controls with 2V~10V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 180kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The dc to dc voltage regulator belongs to the XC9505 series.
