Description


The UA78M33CDCYR is a Positive-Voltage Regulator. A variety of applications are supported by this line of fixed-voltage integrated circuit voltage regulators. Applications include on-card regulation to reduce noise and issues with distribution brought on by single-point regulation. These regulators may each produce an output current of up to 500 mA. In essence, these regulators are impervious to overload because of their inbuilt current-limiting and thermal-shutdown features. These devices can be utilized as precision regulators' power-pass components as well as fixed-voltage regulators by combining them with external components to provide adjustable output voltages and currents.
