TRF1221IRGZTG3 Overview
This RF modulator operates at 1.7GHz~3.6GHz frequency.The enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.48 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
