HMC369LP3 Overview
A frequency of 9.9GHz~12.7GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.16-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 46mA.
