RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 1.7GHz~2.4GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.48-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
