The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 12GHz~18GHz.The enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.A 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
