TPS7B6950DBVR Description
A low-dropout linear regulator that can work at up to 40-V VI is the TPS7B69xx component. The device is suitable for standby microcontrol unit systems, notably for always-on applications like emeters, fire alarms, and smoke detectors, with just 15-A (typical) quiescent current at light load.
