LD39200DPUR Description
LD39200DPUR Regulator is solid and reliable, with ceramic capacitors mounted on the output. The logic control feature that allows for enabling will put the LD39200DPUR circuit in shut down mode, reducing power consumption by 10 nA. STMicroelectronics LD39200DPUR also provides reverse current protection and a short-circuit limit on the current as well as thermal safety. The most common applications are for Telecom infrastructure as well as consumers.
