TPS73133DBVRG4 Description
An innovative topology—an NMOS pass element in a voltage-follower configuration—is used by the TPS731xx family of low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators. This topology allows for operation without a capacitor and is stable when utilizing output capacitors with low equivalent series resistance (ESR). Additionally, the device offers ground pin current that is almost constant for all amounts of output current and strong reverse blockage (low reverse current).
