TPS62671YFDR Product Details

TPS62671YFDR Overview

This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-XFBGA, DSBGA package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 6MHz switching frequencies. Regulator 2.3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.3V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.8V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS62671 family is represented. Voltage can be produced at 1.8V volts by voltage regulator. During switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 1.8V at least. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 500mA A. With 4.8V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. There is no external influence on harley voltage regulator as it consumes 17μA A of quiescent current. Switching regulators with PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE IS ALSO POSSIBLE features are highly efficient and stable.
