RP503L181A-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. A unique technique permits the DC DC switching regulator's input voltage with the maximal value of 5.5V. 2.5V input voltage (Min) of dc to dc voltage regulator is provided. This DC-DC switching regulator is equipped with 6 pin count.
