TPS51632RSMR is a 2.5V to 24V, 3/2/1-phase Step-Down Driverless Controller for Nvidia Tegra? T40 CPUs. TPS51632RSMR provides a very fast transient response, the lowest output capacitance, and high efficiency. The TPS51632RSMR supports I2C for dynamic control of the output voltage, phase management for optimized efficiency, and current monitor telemetry. It is rated to operate at a range between –10°C and 105°C.
