TPS3896PDRYR Overview
Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In total, IC powers are 6 pins on the board. 6 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.7V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supply current of the power management is 6μA. You can always use TPS3896, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
