TPS3513DRG4 Overview
This power management consists of 14 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. A series of 3 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this IC management you will find 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. In a 3 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 14 pins on power management. 14 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 4.5V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 15V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 1mA. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to TPS3513, the base PMIC number. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1mA.
