TMP20AIDCKR Overview
To ensure the safety of these analog sensors, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors, they're put in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. As a result of this sensor's 5 pins, it can be operated properly. It is possible for the analog sensors to supply 4μA current when they are functioning. This sensor is designed to supply a maximum DC voltage of 5.5V. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 1.8V. In analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 2.6μA. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature of the analog sensors to 125°C. For this sensor to work, the operating temperature should not be below -55°C.
