LM45CIM3X Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. The analog sensors are put into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages to protect the devices from damage. A 3 pin is required for proper operation of this sensor. In this electronic part, there are 3 terminations. The current flowing from the GND terminal should be 120μA for analog sensors. A sensor such as this can be powered by a nominal current of 120μA at its output.
