TMP141AIDBVTG4 Overview
In order to ensure safety, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Analog sensors are isolated in SOT-23-6 packages to protect them from damage. There are 6 pins on this sensor for proper operation. There are 6 terminations in this electronic part. The analog sensor's current could be 170μA when it operates. DC circuits containing this sensor should be able to supply a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V in a DC circuit, however. An analog sensor's GND terminal should have a current flow of 110μA.
