DS18B20X Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tray. To prevent damage to the analog sensors, they are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 4 pins. A sensor like this works if it is supplied with 1.5mA current.
