TMP117NAIDRVT Description
TMP117NAIDRVT developed by Texas Instruments belongs to the family of high-precision digital temperature sensors with SMBus™- and I2C-compatible interfaces. It is able to meet ASTM E1112 and ISO 80601 requirements, making it well-suited for electronic patient thermometers. The impact of self-heating on measurement accuracy can be reduced based on its low power consumption. It can be used as a single-chip digital alternative to a Platinum RTD in non-medical applications.
