TMP421YZDT Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-UFBGA, DSBGA packages to prevent damage to the devices. As a result, the sensor has 8 pins for proper operation. The electronic part has 8 terminations. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 400μA. The sensor can work with 400μA current nominally.
