TMP104YFFR Overview
Safety is ensured by the packaging of these analog sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors from damage, the devices are packaged in 4-UFBGA, DSBGA packages. There are 4 pins on this sensor to ensure proper operation. The electronic part has 4 terminations. During operation, the analog sensor is able to supply a current of 3μA. If an analog sensor has an GND terminal, the current flowing from it should be 1.5μA.
