MLX90614ESF-BCI-000-SP Overview
It is for safety reasons that these analog sensors are packaged in the Bulk. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in TO-205AD, TO-39-4 Modified Metal Can packages. Analog sensors can be configured to operate at a maximum temperature of 85°C. In order for the sensor to function correctly, the operating temperature cannot fall below -40°C.
