TMP100NA/250 Overview
For safety reasons, analog sensors are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT). To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in SOT-23-6 packages. In order for this sensor to work properly, it has 6 pins. As far as this electronic part is concerned, there are 6 terminations. When operating, analog sensors could supply 75μA current. DC circuits require a maximum voltage of 5.5V. DC circuits with this magnetic switch can supply 2.7V as a minimum voltage. It is recommended that the GND terminal should have a current of 45μA flowing from it. The sensor can work with 150μA current nominally. It is recommended that the current output of the sensor is set to 4mA for optimal performance.
