TLV809I50DBVT Overview

In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 2V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts in this IC power. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. It is always advisable to use 809I50, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 25μA.
