BD4945G-TR Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Voltage Detector products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Power management has a total of 5 pins. Power managment ic pin count is 5. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than -300mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to BD49, which is the base power ics number. A maximum supply temperature of 1.8μA can be used. Supervisors from the well-known BD49xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
