TL852CN Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 20kHz~90kHz.RF IC features an enhanced 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.The Tube package contains this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Through Hole-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 16 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It must be below 40°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be at least 0°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 45mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
