HMC642ALC5 Overview
This RF modulator operates at 9GHz~12.5GHz frequency.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-TQFN Exposed Pad package .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.A 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
