REG104GA-2.7/2K5 Description


The REG104 family of linear regulators features low ground pin current, low noise, and low dropout characteristics. Its innovative DMOS technology offers a substantial upgrade over earlier designs, including superior transient performance and a low dropout voltage (only 230mV typ at full load). Furthermore, unlike typical low dropout regulators that are difficult to correct for and need expensive low ESR capacitors higher than 1 F, no output capacitor is necessary for stability.
