On the basis of the frequency 8GHz~22GHz, RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 92mA in order to deliver its performance.
