LMX2502LQ1635 Overview
A frequency of 1635MHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC with the enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 28 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 28-pin RF module.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -30°C to ensure its reliability.
