HMC370LP4 Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 14.4GHz~16.4GHz.Due to the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Strip package is used for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.24-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 55mA.
