LMK03328RHST Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations.
