The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL, SSTL-2. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An up to 140MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 2.3V~2.7V supply voltage provided.
