The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1GHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage.
