SI5335B-B02357-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
