For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Adj to 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 7.5V.
