TPS54340DDAR Product Details

TPS54340DDAR regulator has an integrated high-side MOSFET. Current mode control offers simple external compensation as well as an adjustable selection of components. The low-ramp pulse skipping mode lowers the supply current for no load to the level of 146μA. The shutdown current is decreased by 1μA when an enable pin has been pulled down. A broad range of frequency switching permits either efficiency or components to be sized to optimize.
