LM3674MFX-2.8 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -30°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. As part of the LM3674 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. A voltage of 2.8V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. There are 5 pins used for switching regulator operation. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 600mA A. 5.5V is the supply voltage for this DC-DC switching regulator. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 1mAA of quiescent current.
