LM336MX-5.0 Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form. The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 235.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled. For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.LM336 can be used to find other relevant parts. There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage. The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 5V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 600μA.5V voltage lower than 5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has ADJUSTABLE FROM 4V TO 6V.
